Standard Time. Our standard shop hours are:
Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Realtor Avenue, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854 on Interstate 30, one block
from the Texas border, take Jefferson Avenue exit. Our billboard is on

Shipping
Lane's Gifts & Collectibles ships all items via FedEx Ground
or United States Postal System and your order should arrive 5-7 business
days after the time the order is processed. Please contact us
if you are in need of quicker delivery. We will be happy to provide
you with upgrade options. Fees are as follows:

Oversized dolls see below. |
Oversized dolls have an additional shipping charge. Due to the rising packaging,
freight costs and fuel surcharges any oversized package will be
recalculated and added to your total order. Any package that totals
or is more than 84 inches is considered oversize.

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination. If
you are planning to order from outside the U.S., please contact us directly
for shipping charges and delivery lead times.

Return Policy
Our goal is to bring you the finest possible collectible dolls
and accessories for your personal collection. If you are not
satisfied with a doll you may return it within 7 days of
shipping date for exchange only.
1. Email for authorization #
2. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging
3. Put authorization # on outside of box
4. Enclose a copy of the original invoice, indicating what item you are
returning
5. Provide a written explanation of why the merchandise is being returned
For exchange only there is no penalty.
Lane's Gifts & Collectibles will charge a 15% restocking fee
for any item returned.

Layaway
We are happy to provide layaway options for you. Layaway payments
area treated as a non-refundable payment. These are our standard
layaway terms:
Less than $500 - 25% down - 25% payment every 30 days
We can be flexible with layaway options. If you would like
